Preformed Pipe Section

Pipe Insulation

Mineral wool pipe section is a precisely engineered bonded fibrous insulation that offers maximum resistance to the passage of heat. These fibres are spun from selected rocks, melted at 1500°C and blended to a carefully adjusted chemical composition. Centrifugally spun fibres (3 to 6 micron diameter) are felted using state-of-the-art technology into bonded and cured sections of optimum density and resilience.

Pipe Insulation

Applications

Pipe Sections are aesthetically designed for insulation of process & steam pipe lines in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG plants, chemical plants, power plants and other areas where restricting heat flow plays a vital role.

Pipe Sections are also capable to withstand against low and high amplitude vibrations, making it more versatile in industrial applications.
